Eco-friendly was 2020. Uplifting individual identity + Eco-friendly is better today. That was our vision of the new homepage. How do we anchor self-care as the brand message? This should say it.
Built for the target audience
The primary users for KL were 35+. It was important to not just design for Gen Z but also for the Boomers. How do we optimise touch space, reduce accordions, and improve navigation.
Designing for the need
Laundry is not a one time need. So we imagined a design to drive the user to different commitment options beyond a straight forward first try - One Time Purchase, Subscription, Travel Size.
