The Challenge

Kind Laundry’s original Black Friday landing page underperformed with a 5.32% conversion rate due to poor mobile optimisation, weak social proof, buried discounts, and missing psychological triggers, leaving significant revenue untapped

This is what we did
01 Conducted a heuristic review and user behavior analysis (heatmaps, scroll depth) to identify pain points like poor hierarchy, dead clicks, and low engagement with key sections
02 Reimagined the content structure for clear visual hierarchy, scannable bullet points, and prominent trust signals (e.g., star ratings, eco-badges) to highlight benefits and reduce friction
03 Added social proof, toxin-free callouts, and a stronger button copies to align with user intent and boost credibility
04 Validated changes through A/B tests (e.g., redesign and monitored post-launch metrics
