In a picture perfect insta-worthy world of today, none of us are free from the web of judgements. No matter what home remedy we preach and practice, how we look depends on how we feel within. To help men and women feel and project uber cool confidence about themselves, Leor24 – a new skin and hair wellness centre, was launching itself at the heart of Pune, back in 2019. The task given to us, was to create its brand identity from scratch.
Everyone wants to look perfect, even if we flaunt an imperfection within us, we’d like to do it with confidence.
Assurance, wellbeing, uncompromising sense of quality and complete transparency was the need of the hour, as new skin treatments centres were seen mushrooming across the country.
We spoke to a focused group of men and women, within the age group of 22-35 to understand what sense of metrics and parameters they apply, socially and culturally to feel/look confident (psychologically speaking).
We took into account every myth, fear factor that comes in our consumer’s mind with regards to cosmetology in India. Whether it was price-sensitivity, fear of the unknown, low awareness levels of just post-surgical symptomatic syndromes – a calculated chart was drawn basis which we could find a targeted yet balanced communication. The takeaway from our communication was not a height of over-promise but rather a promise of delivery.
Basis an in-depth study of the consumer psychology we understood the dire need to build a brand which not only offers a high end service but truely takes care of the apprehensions towards cosmetology not only in the minds of customers but also the society they live in. The brand story and eventually the identity was built to solve this fundamental challenge in the business.
The most important phase was to implement the brand experience and language that we had built in the physical centre of the skincare studio. We made sure that the physical experience of the clinic for the end customer helps establish the right brand personality eventually building trust in the service.
